Employment Opportunity with Hendrick Anesthesia Network
•	Schedule Options:
o	50-hour work week with no call/no weekends required.
	$299,000 Annually
	$125/hr. for any hours worked over 10 hours per day during the week. 
	Opportunity to cover weekend call for additional income, if desired.
•	Increased pay for weekend call at $145/hr.
o	40-hour work week with call/weekends required.
	$260,000-$300,000 Plus Annually
•	Peel-off schedule with post-call day off. 
•	$125/hr. for any hours worked over 8 hours per day during the week. 
•	Increased pay for weekend call at $145/hr.
o	36-hour work week with call/weekends required
	$215,280 Plus Annually
•	$125/hour. for any hours worked over 12 hours per day during the week.
•	Increased pay for weekend call at $145/hour.
o	$60,000 in Signing Incentives for a 3-year commitment.
	30,000 training stipend or sign-on bonus.
	25,000 student loan repayment or retention bonus.
	5,000 relocation allowance.
o	ACT Model with opportunity to do spinals, a-line’s and epidurals, if desired. 
o	Level 3 Trauma Center, in process of becoming a Level 2 Trauma Center.
o	Mix of Cases: Neuro, Ortho, General, GYN, Vascular, ENT, Plastics, Healthy Peds & more.
o	Family-friendly schedule.

o	7 weeks of paid time off in the first year (8 weeks of PTO with tenure).
o	Additional paid time off for sick leave (can use for spouse, child or parent). 
o	Additional 1 week of paid time off to pursue mission trips.
o	$3,000 CME allowance annually.
o	AANA ($710) dues paid annually.
o	Reserved parking and free meals daily.
